not sure what to do with my thigh. it was slightly worse today but not sure if it is from running a bit faster or all the massaging and foam rolling and so on. i feel i need to do some fast trainings asap to capitalize on my foundation i built with all the ks.
i dont like it but its a rest day today. just to find out if it matters.

hr wrong in the beginning. flat and easy on asphalt. legs are quite ok.
adductor was fine in the beginning too but started to feel it later on (no pain). did some rolling, massaging and triggering when I came home but not sure if it helps.
