Road run with my youngest (Isobel) after a long warm-up in the park. My ankles are hurting still. Also, I'm switching from miles to kilometers now, just to keep the brain fresh.
You know that math, the "I need 8.3 more km and I have to be home by 11:30am so if I add this trail and that trail at this pace....." kind of math? I feel like it's more fun if you switch between miles and kilometres every few months or so.
