Medium road run down that Marina road finishing with a Dufferin Hill sprint. Got myself on the top 10 in the Strava segment!!!! Woooooot!

Starting to feel some hip, adductor and lower back pain all week. Everything is adjusting as I start doing weekly workout runs. Mini-yoga-ish routines all day long helps, not sure if the standing desk is actually a good idea or not, you have to keep moving or standing is just as bad as sitting I think.

Warm up 20 min - Tempo 18 min @ average of 4:40/km pace-ish - 15 min cool down.

Felt fine, kind of anti-climatic. It felt fast but didn't feel like suffering so does it still count as a workout? I don't know.

Chill cruise with Eric B. talking about quails, virtual schooling, lockdowns and all that.

Feel great! Ankle has some swelling from probably road running and impact last week but nothing to complain about.
