Medium road run down that Marina road finishing with a Dufferin Hill sprint. Got myself on the top 10 in the Strava segment!!!! Woooooot!
Starting to feel some hip, adductor and lower back pain all week. Everything is adjusting as I start doing weekly workout runs. Mini-yoga-ish routines all day long helps, not sure if the standing desk is actually a good idea or not, you have to keep moving or standing is just as bad as sitting I think.
