No other souls in the gym, no TV, no music, no AC. Kind of surreal.

From Oak Grove to the Sheepfold. A little better this time. The route I took last time (at about 75% of the way) was absurd.

Note

No training on Monday or Tuesday (I arrived home at 2:30 or so Tuesday, but went to bed in the early evening, sleeping 11 hours, but getting caught up and on a US schedule. I hope.)

A lot of training awaits for US events this fall.

I have a new knock-off ENEL3 battery available. It fits the D70, D50, D70s, and D100 (I think) but definitely not my D80. If you can use it, I'll give it to you.

Easy paced run out to Harvard. Encountered Dasha on the way back at ~50, so the last part was easier.

Not hot, but very humid. Sweat a lot.
