long run, warm with lots of cloud make it hard to run. Running alone was quite boring.
stomach was a little painfl at the end, I am not used to french diet yet.

quite late morning jogg (before lunch) because I was not motivated to do it before breakfast.
Felt well, hopes it will be the same for this evening intervals

warm up and cool down for the intervals. Push a little more than usual so not to be late for dinner.

8 x 2'/1' in "val d'enfer" once again. used a new loop of about 100 s in open and rocky terrain (typical of south east of France):
Weather begin to be hot again

run on small path and terrain. It was a very long time I had not train in the "val d'enfer", my favorite training place of my youth. Almost not forget the small track passing through the dark and to prickling green. Hopefully the weather is not so hot yet, so I can get use warm weather slowly.

I skiped the run I had planned for this morning because I had some stomach disorder this morning (maybe it takes me time to come back to french food).

long moutain bike tour, use my brother's bike once more, had a lot of fun in the downhills. Get a flat tyre on the way, don't know how much time it take me to fix it, so I am not sure of the total time of my training (most probably a little more than what I wrote)
