Breakfast: Yoghurt and rhubarb
Late lunch- 4pm- Quarter cheese & onion quiche & some chicken wings
Dinner: Omelette with french beans, tomatoes, courgette & cheese
Yoghurt and rhubarb
Glass wine
Woke 4 times and tired in the morning

shoes: Cycling shoes

Easy ride round the Purlieu, Moot Lane & back up Slab Lane with Jeff, who got bored at the slow pace. Nice to be outside, but quite tired today

5 minutes skipping, lunges with weights - 5 each side, 20 sit ups, 10 shoulder press, 5 side bends each side, 10 lifts

Waking four times in the night as usual
Quite tired after badminton and shoulder a bit achy

First cycle 2 months - felt good to be outside and doing exercise. Sunny day

Very hot and didn't have much power in clears or smashes.
