Trot from the car park up to the finish (with heavy bag).

Up the mountain to the start.

Run - Orienteering race 46:30 [4] **** 6.5 km (7:09 / km) +140m 6:28 / km

Shmarock O-Ringen, Day 1, Seefin. Clean run and found it very easy, may have been as fast and dry, unlimited visibility, a large scale map or because I mapped the area. Probably a bit of all, but it was particularly enjoyable as it was hot and sunny and the course was basically downhill the whole way. Most time loss was due to waking the controls up and making tracks in the deeper grass in the re-entrants.
