cool sprint race near sydney olympic park. really enjoyed it. legs are STILL ultra stiff from plyos but this definitely made them stretch out so im pretty sure thats a good thing. getting a bit worried i pulled my quads a little when we did the plyos on friday.

attempted to use the cc streeto as long run it turned out to be a pretty weak effort. legs still struggling from bloody plyos the other day!

pretty sure the thing that i was doing that actually most resembled tennis was double faults. pretty disgusting. i could easily have played my last game of golf and tennis ever in the same week...

started up sugarloaf. heather had a few trouble with her itb so we had to pull the pin. could not be helped so its ok!!

bit of a course round sugarloaf. first 100m or so was pretty silly but was real nice after that. few small mistakes but there werent any tapes or anything. id like to think that would have fixed those small errors. pretty keen for some good oing training at the camp next week.

i missed my swim yesterday playing a disgraceful 9 holes of golf?
i think my mate now owes me $20 for swimming 100 laps straight?
netball got called off tonight? :'(
anyway, bit of a milestone.
rest week ends and proper training starts tomorrow or saturday. pretty happy about that.

morning run around ashtonfield streets. mainly because i was lazy with the warm down yesterday. was moving well and still felt quite relaxed.
