have decided to devote half a cup of coffee each morning (or somesuch) to reading random AP logs to get more familiar w/ different types of crazy athletes. Almost done Life on Earth (turns out I need narrative as well as information so have mixed in a Sayers novel as well) & may do Attenborough's second natural history book after. Then HP is coming out in July, I'll have to re-read the series starting...sometime...
Maybe vietnamese noodles w/ gailan tonite? or takeout? Meg's persian chickpea stew ? Going to cycle the earthquake pack soon too, fresh meds, fresh cans, fresh water...

two puppy loops approx. 1km each, one urban around the block, & second to offset squishing down the soggy forest path right along the Creek & then briskly back up the tarmac path. Also did a session of Narcotics Search Dog (toilet paper cylinders set up all over the livingroom with "narcotics" hidden in a few of them - all I can say is she is slow but scores 100%, those drug smugglers better watch out...
And banking downtown, 1.3 km total. Feet Ok at end of day, hurting but not bad, will elevate a bit.
