half an hour of floor things; L-reaching supine twist is getting better. Worked a bit on L hand as numbness is (thinking about) coming back into outermost fingers. Then 10 minutes of standing yoga - warrior, tree...

rather brisk (50 minutes out total) walk on tortuous route w/ a bit of everything from dog-encounters to bush to sedate sidewalks. A bit of rain, lotsa violets in one part of the woods. L foot hurting rather alot - will elevate a bit in the afternoon & evening. Started Living Planet - vivid description of the Kali Gandhaki right at the beginning - makes me wanna go there!! Chili & quinoa, a walnut/bleu cheese salad W tomatoes...maybe a ficelle loaf and some more bleu mixed into cream cheese to dollop onto that. Fruit salad - odd lil oranges at Choices, kiwi, mango. But time for tea first!

second puppy loop of the day over by the daycares, wow parents have it TOUGH! I was thinking that I was getting a flare (hips, elbows) but then realized I was jumping my meds forward half a day & this was just the med trough. Ow.
