Orienteering (Training Route) 32:00 [2] 2.56 km (12:30 / km)

Running (Street & Trail) 47:22 [3] 6.65 mi (7:07 / mi)

From the UMD Track; Adelphi Rd. to Wells Pkwy, across Rte. 1 to the College Park Metro Station, to the 94th Aero Squadron, back to UMD via the Paint Branch Trail. Dark, raining and cold. It was very nice to have Goretex. The trail had water 3" deep in several places. I guess it's good preparation for the US O' Championships this weekend.

Running (Street & Trail) 43:15 [3] 6.4 mi (6:45 / mi)

From the Greenway Shopping Center in Greenbelt, MD: Rte. 193 to Springhill Lake Apts. to Cherry Hill Dr. to Buddy Attic Park, to the town center to ERHS, to the Greenway Shopping Center. Felt pretty good and strong on hills. It must have been the weight savings from my haircut.
