Fourth leg of the sprint relay team of awesome, with Carol and Ian Smith and Carol's dad.

swim 1:20 [3] 0.1 km (13:45 / km) +12m 8:34 / km

I feel like it might be overkill to make a new training activity called 'watersliding', even if I did get a gps track of it.

run 14:16 [3] 1.48 mi (9:40 / mi) +8m 9:30 / mi

orienteering 1:25:15 [3] 9.88 km (8:38 / km) +280m 7:33 / km

COCs long, in the same place as yesterday. Took a lot of safe routes around on trails, which probably burned some time, but I nailed just about everything, so it was good.

run 4:21 [3] 0.43 mi (10:12 / mi) +17m 9:06 / mi

orienteering 42:59 [3] 4.62 km (9:18 / km) +99m 8:24 / km

COCs middle in Canmore. Had a good run, with only one mistake and one stupid mistake. Fun woods, I'd say much above average for some of the Canadian stuff I've been to.

road bike 44:40 [3] 10.95 mi (14.7 mph) +198m

road bike 59:25 [3] 15.39 mi (15.5 mph) +173m

Figured I'd overdose on road bike this week since I won't get to ride for a few weeks, but surprisingly nothing really hurts too much. I'll take that as a good sign that things are fixing.

Stopped in the bathroom and in the process futzed enough buttons on the garmin to end and save the session. At least it didn't go the other way and discard everything. That's really the only thing about this watch (and I guess most of the new garmins?) that I don't like - having Discard as an option right there. There have been exactly zero times I've stopped training and thought, gee I'd really like to throw away all this data now.
