Run in the fells. Felt aches and pain throughout joints again and just took it slow. It feels good to run with hills I am thinking I should just take it easy. Also, wiped out and my right knee landed on a rock.
Went to the tufts track and ran. My body ached so badly that I ended up doing circles on the grass inside the track. Even the track surface felt hard. I guess it takes time to feel good again running after giving birth.
