first run back after my hip and lower back were hurting all week. my lower back felt better, but i am really going to have to make sure that i keep stretching.

Yoga and core work...the stretching definitely made my lower back and hip feel better..hopefully, the pain will go away soon.

running 50:00 [4]

Ran with Kristin today around arlington hts and belmont. i ran a bit faster than i have been. it was fun to run on hills. most of the run was comfortable but if i would have picked it up at all, it would have started to feel difficult.
