Walk to the start of the West Point middle course. This just about wiped me out. I'm so out of shape. I had to stop several times on the uphills. When I got to the top, I sat and rested for 20 minutes.

I walked part of the yellow course. I was tired, and I didn't want to over do it on my first day back on my feet. Still think I did too much; we'll see how my foot feels tomorrow.
Beautiful sunny day to spend sitting around watching O and talking to friends. Only bad part were the injuries, of course. Especially poor Kissy who really damaged her knee. Hope it's not as bad as you fear; get well soon.
They "progressed" me tonight at PT from stretching to strengthening exercises. Even rode the bike fro 3 minutes. Also, the knot in my calf appears to be diminishing, finally. Probably due to the orthodics?
Didn't know classes had started again at the pool, so I had to leave earlier than planned. Hamstring is acting up again, foot hurts for the first time in days, work sucks, Mike is spending the night in Lawrence, no one wants to buy our house, whine, whine, whine,.......
