Day 1 of 8 week glute definition program. Last day of high weights before reverting back to high reps.
Low weights, high reps.
Glutes - db calf jump, machine leg press, db lunge, calf raises

High weights, low reps.
Chest - 45lb dumbbells, 55lb press, 55lb cables
Shoulders - 25lb flys, 35lb press, 60lb upright row
