First bush-o event of the season, Keaney College. Most of the run was clean, apart from over-shooting number one after seeing dad exit in a bizarre direction...i should've known better.
I could really feel the lack of O fitness from number 5 onwards! Had a good tussle with Rachel from about number 4.
I'm trying to train myself to take more splits:
1) 5:04; 2) 3:17, 3+4) 16:47; 5) 1:41
6) 6:26; 7) 11:01; 8) 5:03; 9) 2:41

I sprained my ankle doing this before the event and now it's puffed

Quite a cruisey pace down to Cott but stepped it up a bit on the way back when i traded bikes with dad.
