Orienteering race (Sprint Series) 18:57 [5] *** 3.5 km (5:25 / km)
spiked:17/17c shoes: Brooks Beast

ECU Joondalup - I wasn't focused at the start and tried to make amends for careless mistakes from there. Number 4 was the worst, with getting it confused with 15...and the finish was disappointing as i went into cruise control and took the long way around the lake. As a result, got crunched by the winners!
To sum up, careless but still fun, quite a diverse campus to run on. Good playing field

Running warm up/down 20:00 [1]

Cycle tempo (Rev class) 46:09 [3]
ahr:166 max:187

Session at the gym. Not my favourite instructor as he kept the pace too slow and, but his motivational yelling was a plus.

Weights (Core) 20:00 [3]

3 exercises

Note

Physio appointment today. He said i've made good progress on the shins. No need to ice daily anymore, or strap my arches for every run (only comps). But keep up the excessive calf stretching.
Progress to 6-8km runs, sprints or intervals can come into play on an occasional basis, but i'm recommended not to make them routinal yet.
