For some reason everything felt very good tonight. I was running in the dark again but i felt like i could've gone alot longer. After the run, my shins were ok but right calf really sore as if i pulled the muscle

Trying to increase my distance, but my shins felt a little sore early on. Strange how a 12 minute race last monday can make them so vulnerable again!
I did a loop around Carine OS and karrinyup golf course.
