Run along the beach on the Gold Coast.

Terrible ride this morning. I tuned my gears last night so i was back to riding in the big chain ring again today. But my legs had nothing in them! I must be in holiday mode already as i fly out to the gold coast tonight.

Rode into work, dropped off my stuff then did 2 laps through Kings Park.

Cycle (Road) 30:47 [3] 13.1 km (2:21 / km)

Ride home in 40 degree heat. It was ok, felt more like 39. More energy than this morning.

Short run through kings park at lunchtime. Quite a different energy going for a run at midday rather than the morning or evening. Wasn't as hot as i thought. Shin pain 1/5.

Along the coast to just past Trigg, followed by a dip in the ocean afterwards. Foot muscles still hurt like crazy when warming up. Was going to ride into work instead but had the 2 day hangover from hell thanks to my cousins 21st.
