Cycle tempo (Road) 2:46:41 [4] 74.9 km (2:14 / km)
shoes: Shimano SH-M072

Rode down with dad to Rockingham for my granddad's 80th. Stayed on the freeway cycleway for most of it, quite flat. Started to fatigue after about 60k's. Longest ride in a while, need to do more in the next month before the freeway bike hike.

Orienteering tempo (Summer Series) 27:32 [4] **
ahr:168 max:188 14c shoes: Brooks Beast

Kings Park - went east first up hill towards the tennis centre. Collected the majority of controls in there, then finished going down the hill with 5 and 15. Was going as hard as i could without pushing it, so as not to inflame my shins. Time wasn't that fast but to my surprise all times were a little slow, probably because of the hills.
Good signs with shins, pain non-existent 0/5.

Running warm up/down 10:00 [1]

After the event.

Ripstik tempo (Core Stability / Cardio) 59:01 [4]
ahr:148 max:178

Fairly varied session. Started off by riding to Carine open space and then went in the skate park for about 20 minutes before going home. Remained at a consistent pace. Longest ride on the thing yet. Need to change my wheels over again.

Ripstik (Core Stability / Cardio) 39:34 [3]
ahr:138 max:164

Along the path on the Gold Coast. Fairly flat, not much hill work but kept the pace up.

Surfing (Core Stability / Cardio) 1:30:00 [2]

Wasn't that intense as was just learning. Filling in time at the gold coast with a little generic tourist lessons.
