Took the dog for a run and she wasn't anywhere as annoying as usual. Went up to Carine along the Reid. Shin pain 0/5, so positive signs here. I will now aim to increase my running time to 35-40 minutes in the next month. Core and calf strengthening on the ripstik is starting to pay off.
Unfortunately i'm still running too short to make Easter again this year, but will aim to run a slow 10ker in the Bridges.
