Ride around the local streets, just to get a break from study. Head firmly down with an assignment at the moment.

Well today i went as hard as i could, to see what level of fitness i'm at and just because i wanted to give my body a good thrashing for the final...not that you'd be able to tell from the results.
For now, i'll continue with my fortnightly long run and might start to do a mild fortnightly hill session where i'll tape my calf muscles under erin's guidance.
The course technically was tricky to the level that i expected it to be. Was extra cautious going into controls, being careful to read minor detail for the next leg. Was a bit hesitant for the 1st half, but didn't make any mistakes. 2nd half was striding out more over the longer legs but after 15 minutes my mind wanted to go faster but my body couldn't.
Well done to jen and the organisers for a good event!

Along the coast from north beach to watermans, back to trigg, then north beach again. Legs were tired, and calf muscles were still sore after tuesday's hill run...that's a nice feeling, the after effects of a real run.

Massaged both calves.

Run after work, almost in the dark. Karrinyup golf course, then a little further to gwelup shops before going home. Shin pain 1/5.

Could only guess my time, as i accidentally hit the button for callibration mode and didn't notice for a few k's.

Time was a guess again. The wheel magnet had moved and wasn't reading the speed.
