Was going to do the bridges but nobody else was going. Extened run around Carine open space and Gwelup lake. Didn't tape my feet by accident and as a result shin pain occasionally popped up, not too much though. Right ITB was also sensitive. Did lots of stretches afterwards.

With the assignment out of the way i can resume a routine with exercise again. Morning run with the dog. Felt like a struggle, and was a little humid. No shin pain.
