Ripstik 30:00 [1]

Easy ride to the Dunsborough bakery to get bread.

Running (Grass) 45:43 [2] 8.0 km (5:43 / km)
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline

Stuck to the flat central region in Dunsborough. Nothing much, just looking for trails that i haven't discovered yet but didn't get far enough out of suburbia. Included a loop of the golf course.
Shins were good. Right ITB muscle was slightly sensitive though, and was the only reason i didn't push it to 60 minutes. Must massage the quad heavily this week.

Note
slept:7.0 (rest day)

Was getting a bit tired and with a test pending on friday, thought it was about time for a rest day to get some kick back.

Ripstik (Core / Cardio) 47:36 [3]
ahr:137 max:160

Subiaco skate bowl then small journey to work. Session was cut short at an intersection where i witnessed this motorcycle accident and helped the guy who fell off. He was ok. Me and a few bystanders tried to pick up the bike to move it off the rode and i got a nasty burn on the leg.

Cycle (Commute) 27:10 [3] 12.5 km (2:10 / km)

Started slow but noticed this guy drafting off me after i first saw him a few k's before. Kicked it in on the leederville stretch to see what he had, lost him after powering up a slight hill. I don't understand people who draft in a commute to work, especially off strangers! In a competition, or a social pack ride, fair enough. But isn't the whole point of riding to work to keep fit? No point in slacking off behind someone.

Cycle (Commute) 28:15 [3] 12.5 km (2:16 / km)

Easy ride home. Legs were feeling tired all day, had no power left tonight.
