On the waveboard. Originally I had the aim of teaching myself how to drop in but there were too many kids there, the place was way crowded. After 15 minutes i left and did a lap around the lakes. Once i came back to the car i decided that doing some ollies and carves in the carpark was better than the skate park.
Don't know if i'll be getting back into Orienteering, this is getting really addictive.
First ride on my new Wave board. A bit different to the ripstik, wider plates. As a result i had less foot pain and turning was more sensitive.
Going really really slowly as the pavement was still wet in places and i've slipped out too many times in the past fortnight. It's bloody dangerous enough when you get bruises but it would be disastrous at high speeds. Waited til the afternoon and the paths were still wet. Might be better tomorrow.

Short loop in Kings park after work. Didn't have my watch with me so time is an estimate. Right patella tendon was a little sensitive. Probably from increased ripstik training. Right ITB is better after a week of good stretching and massages.
