Trainer/Spin (spin class) 45:00 [4]
ahr:133 max:157 rhr:51 slept:6.0

first spin class. I held back a bit because I was doing back to back but still put in a good effort. used a new Cd from Rinn. good music and fun times.

Trainer/Spin (spin class) 51:00 [4]
ahr:145 max:160

I unloaded on this class. I was a sub. Used a cd i made this weekend. huge class maybe 30 and it was real engaging and fun

Mountain Bike (mountain) 2:45:00 [3] 16.5 mi (10:00 / mi) +1201ft 9:21 / mi

great ride out at tolt with RVg and JVG. Good solid 3 with lots of short hard 4 efforts on the climbs. trails were in great shape and we ripped it up.

excited to get back to weekly south seatac races but need to hold back for now.

distance a guess

Kayaking (sea kayak) 4:21:00 [3] 20.0 mi (13:03 / mi)

long paddle around Cameno isl with JVg and Aaron. This is the first section down to the south for lunch. GPS ran out of juice but I got a bunch of it here:
http://www.everytrail.com/view_trip.php?trip_id=12...

Kayaking 4:20:00 [3] 16.0 mi (16:15 / mi)

paddle back up the W side. JVg got severe tendonitis. We all made a bad choice as JVG really hasn't done much paddle in the past few month and to bring her out on this one was way to big. It like running a 50miler having only done a few 2 hour runs in the months leading up.

We almost made it. Near the end we stopped and a beach fire and the guy gave us a ride up to the cars. Blue mark on the everytrail is where we stopped. maybe only a couple of iles from the finish.

C'est la vie. Guess we get to do it again. It is a great paddle. drop me an email for more tips before you head out onthis one.

Trainer/Spin (trainer) 1:00:00 [2]
ahr:122 max:138

good easy spin. legs feel great after a few days off the bike.

Strength Training 40:00 [3]

it was billed as a core class after the spin class but there was alot of dumbels (mysefl included) and arm type lifts that had nothing to do with core. Finally some core and various runs around the track which I substituted more core

Trainer/Spin (spin class) 30:00 [3]
ahr:132 max:150

Thought I would try a spin class. Somebody told me it was good. bunch of stand and a barely audible woman telling me to put out 100% while standing. i think not. bunch of stretches and dangerous one legged spins. class kinda sucked for me but there were some babes in the class. I need to drop some weight.
