Can't say the same about my orienteering... Too intense terrain for me. I was watching my map too rarely and not enough carefully. So at the end i was lost.
My route. I was standing on the cutting between 6-7kp for about 7-10min. and could not understand where i am. It was because i thought that i am running this leg the same route as Vyc it ran. (my map reading is awful).

Antavilio mishkas. I saw an orienteerer who was running, suddenly fell down and was laying without moving for a few seconds (i thought that he had lost consciousness). I have stopped and shouted if he is OK. He stood up and tried to walk. He was walking with a limp, but i think he hadn't got any serious injury.

Pulled back of the right hip on my first attack. Could not run fast without pain after this and was playing very easy. Overall felt good.

At the beginning felt soreness in the right knee (above knee cap). But after warm-up it almost disappeared (i think quads are still weak).

Mazeikiu forest. Met Kęstutis with his new big wheel rollers at the 4th control point place. Control station was already removed by organizers. The only logical way to the next control point went through exactly the same trails as we were already going earlier. And we both decided that it would be enough.

Still feel some soreness in the legs, so I contented myself with a long walk with my dog. I am already eager to start training for 55hour adventure race in Poland (27-30 September). Competition will be held in Bieszczady Mountains. I hope to make few good kayaking and MTB training sessions before this event.
