cheered Helen Bridle at mile 1 and 2 on in the Isle of Mull half marathon (she was 1st lady) and travelled back to the mainland

took the boat to Staffa (amazing) and then Iona and watch a seal from a beach whilst Oli went running

headed to Mull with Oli and camped at Fidden (recommended by Shane and Bilbo) which was lovely, had a jog round Erraid and a dip in the sea

Day 4, chasing start Kirsten overtook me. I was plodding up the hills and glad not to be running days 5 and 6

after taking Jack round the string course and then to sit in the farmer's digger I was a bit late so had to leg it to the start which was good as it was a bit wet and cold

good run until I caught Anne at the weird control where the circle was in the wrong place and there was a control there... then made some mistakes but fairly happy
