'Romainiai Loop' 14k + some extra flat very easy run near Lampedziai lake with Ramunchikas. Walked uphills, couldn't run, so Ramunchikas waited for me on every top of the hill. Maybe it's because of yesterday's training???

LTU relay. Trakai. 6km/11controls. One loop with wrong W-18 map (23min50sec) + M21 course with one huge mistake (4-5min) and two bad route choices (2x1min). I felt better on today's course. I was not so afraid on downhills and my ski-control was allmost ok, just one big boom on slippy icy ground. It's strange that my heart rate was so low, maybe next time I should try work more intesive?

Golf-Club. Two little loops: one myself + one with my wife (very very easy with few shortcuts). And one big loop, after 1/3 of this loop I was caught by Edvardas Baleisis so desided to run in front of him (hard and fun, loop time - 15:40) :).

I'm very very happy with my weekend: many sports, many good emotions, many old friends, many brandy drinking saturday night, enough time spent with my family :))) What can be better??

Golf-Club. Pipiriskes . Long cross-skiing with many orienteering mates:). Every 3-4km standing, talking, taking tea or sandwitches. Not as hard as should be but the last 3-4km was very very uneasy.
I can recommend for everyone: It's is the best ski-track in Lithuania + dress-cabin + shower + caffe + good people around + beatifull seesign. I'll be back here surely. Maybe tommorow with my family??

LTU middle champs Salote, 7.6k/14controls. Warm-up run (19:22/138avg)+ski (11:03/159avg). Course 53:38/182avg/192max. 2-3' mistakes. Cool-down run (33:21/145avg) with Tadas, Skyrma, Simas and Mantelis. Talked about skiing, womens and Jukola :)
It was the best start of my life on winter time. I'm very satisfied :)))
Ski conditions: +1C, few days snow, used orange Toko parafine.

LTU sprint. Gudeliai. Warm-up (25:43/157avg) + course 4.4km/12controls (26.57/184avg/190max). Shit happens... I skied from 2nd control straight to 6th, so DSQ... Quite good permormanse for +1 degrees. I was very angry on whole world of such mistake.

Evening run to cool down myself because of DSQ... I get conclusion about today's Sprint: I was quite OK in course because I just ran with skis, NOT skied, just ran with skis. I should learn something from this mistake... till another time :)

I wanted to ski 90-120', but because of fuckin quadrocyclists and foresters paths were so bad that I've canceled my 'training' (walking with skis). And I had one unlucky boom so my knee is in pain and my shoulder is pain :(
