After walking with kids in woods (Beginners course) decided to run short training: took 9 controls on moderate-competition peace and run easy cool-down extra 2km.

IGTISA. Pageluvis + Cepreciske. H21
First loop (8.9k/21ctrls) in Cepreciske + second loop (4.4k/11ctrls) in Pageluvis. Felt OK and did not bad race except one big boom on second control (~3'15"). Simas did impressive performance with 69'...

Vileishis cup, near Naisiai village. H35
Second 'cheap' course in a row... 5 of 15 controls were no needed a map.
Did bad route choice to long leg ~60-80sec mistake, also few mistakes 15-30".. Total ~3' mistakes.
Don't feel recovered... legs weight about few tones...

Every (3 controls easy + 2 controls marathon speed)
Very very disappointed about this course - the simplest course I've run last >20 years... Almost every control 0-20m from path or fence...
Legs were as heavy as could be - don't feel recovered... almost walking at easy sections.
Did one mistake ~30sec - bubble in compass problem.

Trys ezeriukai, Prienai. Prienai champs. H35.
Was afraid not to recover after yesterday so took H35 group. But felt not bad. Map was not great at some places also was marked route (without any sign on the map wich caused my biggest mistake ~2.5'). Did 4-5'mistake total...

Bubiai. Warm-up 8' - course from Shiauliai mass-event 2009 46' - cool-down 10'. Legs were heavy after few good training days and the map was not perfect.

'Grybu taure' MTB race.
The first time in such event so wanted to watch others. Was moving on marathon pace so not too tired at the end.
Got two big booms (lack of coordination at high downhill speed) and my chain was down one time. Also had some problems with gears and pedals.
Good course, good feelings, liked it.

Lampedziai.
III to IV intensity because of children waiting at finish.
Course was better then expected - many controls with short legs. Managed don't take one control, ran about 20-25m beside... Did one mistake ~5sec.
Legs felt a little stiff after yesterday.

Warm-up 8' - 5k flat loop on middle tempo 30'48"- cool-down 2.5' - 4x100 doubles in forest with 1'rest - cool-down 10' - 3xVersvai mound (3'15"; 3'03"; 2'58") - cool-down 7' - 3xanother side of Versvai mound (1'49"; 1'51"; 2'01") - cool-down 15' - 3xRomainiai uphill near home (1'56"; 2'03"; 2'14") - running school 8' - cool-down 4'.
Stopped two times for short exercises because of pain in left achille.
Better feeling then week ago but still from the best.

Balninkai. Alytus' champs.
Was late to the start ~10sec because of problems in turbo-sprint finish... Did one BIG mistake to 11th control (~3min) and some ~2min garbage.
Liked the course very much - long leg followed by few very short legs and etc. Had some problems in reading map because of sweat in eyes also Had some problems working with compass (the old-one). But was very happy being in this forest.

Pazaislis. Easy o-session. Did 3 mistakes: 2" + 10"+ 5"... total 17sec... Little bit boring to run such courses on such pace...

Warm-up 7.5' + Flat loop 5k on middle tempo 31'10" + cool-down 14' + 3x Versvai Mound on middle tempo (3'31; 3'23; 3'13") + cool-down 13' + 5xRomainiai uphill near home on middle to max tempo (2'15"; 2'37"; 2'33"/ 1'50"; 2'10"; skipped the last one) + cool-down 4'.
Was not pushing hard but managed to get very tired at the end... maybe some health problems.

Easy woods and simple course. Felt problems in stomach after sleepless night (some kind on poisoning). Was not moving fast but heart rate was high.
