Felt pain in right calf so took it on moderate speed but after 18' of running got serious pain - could just easy walk back...

Takas, 2nd day. Moletai, middle, H35
No time for warm-up. Did 2 mistakes:
2nd control - my old compass was showing it's own North (~90 degrees wrong) ~ 40-50";
4th control - didn't see cutting-road + couldn't get out from green forest ~20-25".
After 12th control felt pain in right calf (Achilles tendon). Felt like one-leg man the last part of the course (guess lost here ~30-40").

An easy course with 6" mistakes.

Running warm up/down 26:00 [1] 4.0 km (6:30 / km)

Some warm-up and cool-down with Pupsikas. Felt some little pain in right calf.

20c shoes: Tiger Jalas

Jukola. 3rd leg.
One of the most technical courses I've ever ran in Finland.. also tough and steep. Pupsikas have told to me not to rush... so took it on easy speed.
Biggest mistakes:
3 - 80-90" (relaxed too early before CP)
10 - 2-3' (North<->South mistake)
13 - 6' (over rushed)
15 - 4' (over rushed)
We took 296th place which is good for such scandinavian terrain.

LTU champs, Relay. Murmuliškės (Zarasai), H35, Second leg.
Same boots as yesterday. Felt not bad physically with same right leg problems as whole week.
Did 5-6' mistake to the first control - compass problem as whole week:) Another part of the course went OK - few 10-30" mistakes. Total: 7-8'mistakes + 2nd place

LTU champs, middle. Liminiskes (Zarasai). H21
Used some very light Simas's Adidas boots (cross-country) so physically felt OK, but had some little problems in right leg (can't run at max speed).
First half went not as planned did 2x~60" mistakes + few wobbles because had problems with compass (same problems as few days ago). Later learned out how should use this stuff and second half went better - one 30-40" mistake + some wobbles and stops. Second half was in more green forest so lost here because of early start position.
Surprised myself taking very high 17th spot even with >3' mistakes.

0.4k/16ctrls (one mistake ~30") qual + 0.5k/19ctrls final ( one mistake ~3").

Papiskine. Mass-o-event.
Run on moderate pace with few 200-300m drills. Right leg was a little bit better.
Had problems with direction - almost everywhere was moving to right... maybe problems with compass???
First half of the course - very scandinavian type of ground (without stones of course) - second half - typical fast Baltic terrain.

Still have problems with right leg - can't run fast downhills.

Vilnius champs, relay. Paneriai, H35
Paneriai without hills... little bit disappointed for that... on other hand - had some problems with right leg after yesterdays adventures and could not run at max speed on fastest sections but everything OK on more tough sections...
Did two big mistakes: 40" + 2' + some hesitations. Little bit too much.

Usual Friday loop on easy pace with some interesting intervals on competition speed (long course) 12x(120 doubles/40 doubles for recovery).

Orientyras in Girionys on hot-and-humid weather (+28C/90%)
Tried to do some kind of fartlek (easier on those parts where I felt more-or-less tired) after half of the course realised that I'm out of power and speed. Somehow ended the course... Don't know why felt so tired so quickly... was it because of the weather or because of ill...
Did one bad route choice (~70-80") + some hesitations + some route choices were for more running on soft ground.

Ažušilė.
Was in Ignalina somehow. Decided go to woods for easy session after ill. Took the map (m 1:15.000) and planned middle distance course.
First 4 controls - total nightmare (every control with more or less mistake), later controls were less tricky so things went a bit better.
Need to improve o-skills before Jukola.
