Kacergine. Show training for Andrius who came to Kaunas. Warmup 5km 36' (with markering route) + 2x5km tempo run (21:15/ avg 182/ max 189 + 21:40/ avg 184/ max 191) + cooldown 24'. Good training:)) Later we went to Impulsas for some swimming, sauna, turkish sauna and etc.

J-Tiltas-J. No one came today into the training so I was alone and without headlamp so it was just easy-lazy-semi-running. Extra rest is not bad then you getting older:))
