Long o-training in Liepaja. 17.6k/29 ctrls. First 14 ontrols -> competition speed - Last 15 controls -> 80% competition speed. Very tired in the end. Swamps were wet and cold. Too much mistakes again.

Recovery o-training in Liepaja on sprint map without hanged controls. Took it very easy. Hardly understood anything in the dunes...

First o-training with LTU team in Liepaja. 9,3k/23 ctrls with extra controls without control numbers. First 13 controls -> competition speed - other 10 controls -> recovery or easy speed. Took one wrong control and did too much mistakes...

A-J-A. Training with Mantas and little bit late Jemelia. Easy running before and after gym with 7' stump-jumps.

Upper body. Was too laizy for all exercises...
