Long training with big gang: A.V., Andrius, Robke (Shilas gang) and later with Jemelia & Ramunchikas (after music party). Warmup 11' - 10k Shilas loop running 49' avg 153 - to start 4' - o-course 10.5k/23ctrs 1.32' avg 164- cooldown 8'. Was very difficult to run the course, legs were heavy and head was overheated (to much strange mistakes). Total did >10' mistakes... Robke did the same thing 20' faster:))

J-P-J. Legs were wooden so just easy running with Medeina's Masters and Jemelia. Warmup 41' + same fartlek as on monday with Jemelia (bigger speed on fast legs but slower speed on cooldowns) 18' + cooldown 26'.

Kacergine. 5k for warmup and 5k for cooldown with Jemelia.

ahr:183 max:190 shoes: Asics Trainer XI

Kacergine. 5k Tempo Test with Jemelia. And testing new shoes (old model). Gues it was second best time for me. Jemelia did it 5sec better (not in the best shape yet).
