LTU night championship. 3' boom on 6th and 1.5' boom on 22nd. The other controls were quite satisfying.
13th place... very good for my shape.

Warmup 8' - 5xRomainiai uphills (40-45m asc / 1.5-2min one way) 17' - Cooldown 7'.

Lazdynai. Night training.

Warmup 13' - o-course 4.2k/14ctrls (used all controls but not the same sequence as planned ) 47' - cooldown 7'. Did just 2-3min mistakes - too little for first night training.

Too good weather for proper training - no rain, no mist... you can switch off the lamp at open areas.

Lack of motivation. Thinking about rest out of orienteering for some time... maybe year, maybe less. Untill will be hungry for compeeting.
