Easy running around Lampedziai. Felt some pain in left hip few times. After 47' did some stretching exercises and after that tried to run back home but had problems with right shin. Walked for about 6' and jogged back home without pain later.
Conclusion: Stretching exercises should be done after all running.
P.S. 3 sporting days in a row - what a weekend...
