9x Romainiai uphill. Splits:
2:40; 3:04; 3:10 (warm-up);
2:20; 2:40; 2:35 (middle tempo);
1:54; 2:20; 2:25 (max tempo).
After last uphill left knee started to hurt...
Splits shows that i'm in 'hole'

Snaigė. Kulautuva. +3/+4C, heavy rain, 100% classic
3x5.5k loops for warm-up with old VISU skis(36'; 32'; 34.5')
1.5x5.5k loop tempo??? (it was not really tempo because of many strange turns on the loop also many fallen spikes and some places under water) with Fischer RCS classic, prepared with 0/-3C.
0.5x5.5k loop for cool-down (30'; 33.5')

Actually after second loop conditions became worse and worse. Heavy rain and plus temperature did the job. Kick zone was not working again.
Tested shortened poles for classic (162cm->154cm). Resume: Too short for skis with bad kick zone.

Tried to run near home.. It's very slip anywhere to run and feel some pain near left knee.. canceled the session.

Warm-up 20' on running (incl. run to 'Gaja' to take ski-boots which I left after Sunday's competition in Kačerginė). Changed boots.
40' Skiing with Vilius. 80% classic.Feel some tiredness in arms.
Easy jog with 48' after changing boots back. Some pain near left knee.
