Orienteering race 42:27 [4] *** 5.1 km (8:19 / km)
19c shoes: Tiger Jalas

LTU Club's cup. Relay.
10th leg in Takas Juniors (actually 3rd) team.

Nice forrest (Lūžų forrest, near Antalieptė).
Did ~5' mistakes - had some direction problems and raster reading problems. And maybe mentally was a little bit too relaxed on first 2/3 of the course.
Bad thing - i'm slow as fat cow in the swamp.
Good thing - almost no problems with legs.

no warm-up, no cool-down.

Orienteering 37:11 [3] **** 4.0 km (9:18 / km)
22c shoes: VJ Sarva

Mass o-event near home.
Tested my legs in terrain also used the map. It was not easy to use the map after long break also had no speed in legs. Did quite many mistakes, totally about 2.5min. Good thing is that had no any big problems with legs.
Quite good course with many controls and direction changes, quite hilly as usual. One control was stolen by local children.

Running warm up/down 15:00 [1] 1.5 km (10:00 / km)

To the start and back.

Hills training with Balcius and legs testing.
Easy jog with 4x uphills somewhere in Ažuolynas.

No big problems with legs: just some easy pain in left shin.
Later after training this pain had increased a lot. Should do more stretching.
