Club's o-session in Kačerginė. omaps.lt course.
Warm-up: OMaps.lt course w/o map behind Simas who knew all the controls. We did few small mistakes and on huge (~4'). Total 50'.
Extra warm-up:running 7'30".
5k loop on competition speed - 26'50" (9:43; 5:27; 11:27)
Cool-down 8'30".

Don't feel great. Some feeling of being ill...

2:21; 2:58; 2:47 (was doing some kind of ski-imitations w/o poles on this loop)
1:50; 2:13; 2:10 (almost max speed on this loop)

Was it wise training??? Will it help me in the future???
Will see it next season on the match called 'everybody vs Vyc' :)
