LOK - CSC Qualifier - Brown - Hampsted Heath

First time running at HH. Runnable London park but quite muddy in places. Had hoped it might be more technical but lots of easy path/running legs not to my favour. So no chance of catching EC or HW starting just ahead of me. Took a while to get into the map and more of a park/sprint nav mindset. Some small RC & control description mistakes. Not bad considering and scored some points for SN.

Mistakes ~1:30min

(4)(0:15) - Took longer route round lake
(17)(0:15) - Didn't read ahead to register control feature (rootstock)
(18)(0:15) - Straighter over the hill route was better
(23)(0:30) - Frustratingly same as C17

Lunchtime longer run up the Ridgeway, Ipsden & Little Stoke. Chest still tight but no better/worse after running and RHR seems ok. Otherwise feeling good
