not the best run. not good in the tricky bits, 5,6,7,8.

definitely getting sick. bit crappy early on then got good flow but lost it late in the course pushing too hard. 21 was in the wrong spot i thought, then lost 2 minutes on the last control.

running intervals 32:00 [5] 6.4 km (5:00 / km) shoes: addidas adizero
8 800's on four minute cycle with jules and tim(interstater?). everyone else did 400's but we did them last week...
