Longer, slower run today. Longer to get some decent K's in for the week. Slower to prevent from getting sick again, but also to save myself for next weekend's Coastal Classic in Sydney. Ran in to Anna starting her run, at the end of mine; she would have had a warm run.

Still feeling the effects of the last few days' cold, but managed to run a fair bit quicker than I was expecting. Pretty happy considering, around 15 seconds off PB.
