Orienteering race 25:00 [4] *** 2.8 km (8:56 / km) +50m 8:12 / km
ahr:143 max:170 spiked:15/16c

Sprint at Golden Gate Park. Nice course and map. Made a 1 minute error on the shortest leg which should have taken 30 seconds, but otherwise clean navigation.

However, reinjured my left calf. Must have retorn the muscle there about the 3rd control. I thought it was going to be OK, since it didn't bother me at Bon Tempe nor all this week. If anything, I thought my right knee patellar tendinitis would cause problems. Had to drop out of the other races in the tournament.

Orienteering race 1:58:30 [4] 8.65 km (13:42 / km) +375m 11:16 / km

Bon Tempe. Poor performance. Flubbed over half the controls. I'd like to think most of this was due to the poor map, but other people did much better with the same map.
I was concerned about my left calf, but that really didn't bother me. However, my right knee started acting up. I think I got a mild case of patellar tendonitis, probably from running hills again after none for two months.
I also fell twice, and think I slipped my right sacro-iliac joint again. Probably another 3 or 4 days with an achey tender back until it slips back in place.
