Run along the river. Feeling very drained this last week, plus my right leg/hip joint has been hurting since last Sunday's orienteering event.

running 42:00 [2] 4.0 mi (10:30 / mi)
shoes: Asics 2140

Early morning run, though it was very slow as my hip/leg joint was sore. In fact run 3 miles then walked the last mile back from Lloyd Hall. Nice to be out and see the dawn along the river and over the city.

MID-ATLANTIC CHAMPIONSHIPS: Dual Meet QOC, SVO, DVOA - Oregon Ridge Park, Hunt Valley MD
Tired, not feeling inspired to run, except it was beautiful sunny day and 68degF - perfect. Had a reasonably clean run except a hestiation 1-2 a bit too far west, lost 1-2 mins 4-5 as I took of the trail corner at the wrong angle and ended too far north and had to double back. A slow run-in as the finish was not clearly marked to put it mildly!. Ah well, lost the green course by 1 sec!
It was good to get out in the woods. A nice area with a lot of open woods, but a lot of hills.

Orienteering 22:46 [4] 2.7 km (8:26 / km) +100m 7:07 / km

MID-ATLANTIC CHAMPIONSHIPS: Dual Meet QOC, SVO, DVOA - Oregon Ridge Park, Hunt Valley MD - RELAY
Ran a DVOA team with Bailey Reed, Ron Bortz and myself. Fun race, though right leg/hip joint definitely out of alignment and hurting. The DVOA juniors, Sam, Alison and Greg won which was great.
