6.00am: 58 degF, run along the river. After first mile, upped the pace a bit. Interesting as listening to classical music. Felt good. The bummer is thinking that 8.5 min/mile is a good pace! Alas for this year it is.

6.30am: 47 degF. A little chilly, but nice running weather and the later start meant it got light as I was running which was nice. A crappy nights sleep- ended getting up and reading book for over an hour. That said a good run at a better pace than recent runs which is good and I felt good too.

6.00am: 62 degF and 94% humidity. Out early before rain and drive up to NYC to collect Carol’s show and then Carol returning from seeing Alison and Heather in Ireland. Tired and sore thigh muscl s from yesterday’s cycle ride. Train blocking track so had to back track via the Parkway. On way back train still blocking track so had to head back up to skateboard park and home. Definitely a slow plod, but knocked off a few more miles.
