sprint rogaine on the waterfront, running fast but sporadically as hard to read map without a torch in the dark. Great fun

jog with pk in evening at Kapiti island, spent the day walking around including 500 metre climb to Tuteremoana so getting some exercise.

morning run with pk, round rmt vic to oriental bay then back around coast found homeless guy with fire on waterfront, seems to be a few around at the moment.

with the thursday night crew, pushed the pace, from Newtown up through Brooklyn to top of Plant Ride and down and back up the new track and round through to Newtown.
