Couldn't find bunch ride so did Makara loop by myself anticlockwise, small extension up Ohariu valley for a look see

rock climbing with Caspar at Titahi Bay, climbed first ugly sister to warm up then dysentry groove, quickly up back black cleft, off the back of it and finished with rigid digit. Nice climbs and felt like I made progress today.

Hadn't trained since TWALK and need to get my act into gear for upcoming races; City Safari, Mukamuka Munter and the QBday orienteering, made two resolutions, go out for a run and start on attackpoint again.

round waterfront up Mt Albert and back along mt vic trails, did a few stride outs from time to time, feeling slow and unco.
