My favourite ever running loop on Mt Grey...what an awesome track even on a crappy day. Took it easy, and walked bits including the big hill, to take care of calfs.
jog around the local park to test my calf, it ain't too bad, should be ok for some hard sessions by the weekend. did some core stuff, stretching and icing.
5km run in Chch - hoped the fornicator might be vulnerable after a hard bunch ride in the morning, but he still smashed me over the last km...just no kick...something slightly jammed up in left lower leg didn't help.
