First road bike in a while, with of all people Dougal Thorburn and James Coubrough. Bloody good fun. Not sure whether good for knee or not...think I need to strap knee religiously and hard for a while, its no good thinking about the plane of your knee when trying to exercise.

Not much opportunity for training this week. Did a 2 hour walk up and around Makara Peak with Mae looking at spots for the signage project

Managed to get out in the evening. Around the Wilton Bush loop, pretty slippery, felt average but pushed through it

Fieldworking the sprint map I'm making with Mae in the backpack, about 2hr's. Great area and links up 4 existing maps. Can't go bushbashing with the backpack.

Trackwork on the skyline, about 60 minutes solid with the grubber. Beats core workouts in front of the tv.
